The following is a list of the various types of Lift-Truck training available through Industrial Training Service: Propane Lift-Truck Driver Training Class IV, V & VI • Classroom training and testing • Hands-on driver training and testing • 2 year driver certification • 1 certificate • 1 wallet-size photo I.D. license Electric Lift-Truck Driver Training Class II, III & I • Classroom training and testing • Hands-on driver training and testing • 2 year driver certification • 1 certificate • 1 wallet-size photo I.D. license Industrial Propane Cylinder Handling Training Under the Energy Act, Ontario regulations require that anyone who handles propane fueled equipment must be a certificate holder or possess an acceptable Record of Training (ROT). With Industrial Training Service training you can be certified. An ROT will be issued by the Ontario Propane Training Corporation (OPTC) to your employee(s) after they have successfully completed our training program. Our training is approved by the Ontario Propane Association (OPA). • Classroom training and testing. • Hands-on Propane Cylinder Changing training and testing. • Must achieve a passing grade of 80% or higher. • OPTC Record of Training (ROT).
